Except where noted, most orders can be shipped on the day following the day which the order was received.
We ship via DHL, TNT and air mail unless special arrangements are made. You will be charged shipping based upon the weight of the
products ordered including their packaging.
We want to encourage the fishermen from neighbors countries(Greece, Turkey, Romania, Serbia and Macedonia) to become our customers. The shipping to these countries now is very cheap and very fast. After 24 hours, max 48 hours, you will have the desired item directly brought in your home. YOU NO NEED TO PAY anything else, as import tax VAT, etc ... Bulgaria is member of European community and now the shopping between us very easy.

We do not accept returns on special orders. NO EXCEPTIONS!
On all other items, we will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase provided that you contact us and authorize the return.
All returns will be shipped at the expense of the customer, except in the case of an error on the part of Vidrax Ltd.
We will refund your product purchase price upon receipt of the product(s). |
