Your Account

Vidrax-Fishing.com reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

Shopping procedure and ordering

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT, but exclude transport, and insurance.
The primary currency of Vidrax online shop is Bulgarian Leva. If you choose to display prices in Euros they may only be approximate.

Orders placed through the web site are considered an "offer to treat" until an official order confirmation /acknowledgement has been issued by Vidrax-Fishing.com Clicking the button "Confirm Order" shall be deemed as accepting all terms and conditions. When you finish shopping by clicking the button "Confirm Order" you will receive an e-mail. It will contain the details of your purchase order: models, quantities, prices, total amount (excluding the shipping cost). After your order is received you will be contacted by our Sales department. You will be notified by e-mail about:

• availability of the ordered articles by model and quantity
• shipping cost
• total amount: prices of the ordered goods + shipping cost
• term of delivery

DELIVERY   IS   MADE   ONLY   AFTER   THE   CUSTOMER'S   CONFIRMATION !!!

The last stage of ordering is when the customer's confirmation e-mail is received. In this last e-mail you must confirm the following:

• the quantity and models of articles - subject of delivery
• shipping cost
• the amount due:prices of the ordered goods shipping cost
• the delivery date

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of receiving the e-mail confirmation.
Payment must be made in full and with cleared funds before an order is shipped for international deliveries.

Privacy

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential and are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the data pprotection laws in Republic of Bulgaria. When you shop on Vidrax-Fishing.com, we will ask you to input and will collect Personal Information from you such as your name, e-mail address,  delivery address, telephone number, product selections, and a password. We may also collect information about where you are on the internet (e.g. the URL you came from, IP address, domain types), your browser type, the country where your computer is located, the pages of our website that were viewed during your visit and any search terms that you entered on our website. Conditions Relating to the Sale of Products to You

This section deals with conditions relating to the sale of products by Vidrax to you.

When you place an order to purchase a product from Vidrax-Fishing.com, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Returns

The buyer should make a claim within 48 hours of receipt of delivery for missing items, or damaged goods.
In respect of damaged goods the buyer must sign "Received damaged" and notify Vidrax-Fishing.com immediately.
No claim will be accepted by Vidrax-Fishing.com for lost/damaged goods after the 48 hour period. The buyer has the right to cancel the order within 7 working days after receiving the goods subject to meeting the following conditions.

• This is only applicable to orders made through the website where the buyer is a private individual and receives the order by our specified delivery agents.
• Goods ordered on the website and then collected in person are excluded.
• If the buyer is a business entity, then they are excluded from these conditions.
• Where the goods are warranty replacements.
• When the goods have been opened, or product seals broken, or the packaging is no longer in "as new condition" Vidrax-Fishing.com must receive in writing by mail or e-mail within the 7 working days for your claim to be valid.

The buyer will be responsible for the goods to be returned in a safe manner and undamaged at their own cost by the same method as the original delivery.
Upon receipt of any returned/cancelled goods Vidrax-Fishing.com shall inspect and verify the claim and within 30 days refund the original purchase price of the goods.

Pricing and availability

We do not list availability information for products sold by us on the website. We do hold a high percentage of the items listed on the website in stock. However we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that any dispatch estimates we give you are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the thousands of products in our catalogue may be mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Use in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

Product Description and Illustrations

Product descriptions are for information purposes only and the buyer must satisfy themselves through the manufacturers website information that the specifications detailed meet their requirements.

Applicable Law

The terms and conditions of this contract shall be subject to Bulgarian Law and the Bulgarian courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court the rest is unaffected.
